Open a webform after running a TI thru HTML

Hi Guys,
Just a question if anyone has done it before. Would appreciate if you can explain how, or direct me to some reference.
I know you can call a TI in an HTML-modified Google mail. There you can also open your TM1 webforms.
But, is it possible that after running the TI, a page, perhaps another webform be called to display message whether successful or failed, and etc?
This page is expected to have varying messages that will be maintainable by some user group.
