GMT incorrect after DST changes in TM1 chores

Hi All,

I have encountered a strange issue where - After manually updating the TM1 chores 1 hour backward, the GMT seems to show incorrect time.

In the attachment, the 'Local Time shown' is in EST hours. But the GMT shows 6 hours backward.
Not sure how and why !
We have been manually updating the same over the last 5 years, but never encountered this issue.
Suggestions are welcome
