Change Preferences by default in the TM1 apllication portal

Is it possible to change preferences by default in the apllication portal for all users?
I mean I change it somewhere at server (I hope somebody says there) and other people see it by default - if they want they can change it later.

For example I want to show them another style or more than 15 elements at the same time.
