[10.2.2] CAFE refresh issue

Hi,

One user gets refresh error every time when he wants to refresh a template on his laptop after a long wait. However, he can use this same account on another PC, and refresh the same template without any problem. The CAFE log file is in the attachment if it can help. The scenario was the same with the admin account.

We thought at first that this might be related to his laptop's hardware config, but no, he could use his account and refresh the template on another PC with the same processor and the same memory. We checked also CAFE options, they were the same between 2 machines.

Then we tried to reduce the amount of cells to be retrieved from the TM1's cube onto his own laptop, the error didn't appear any more, was it because his laptop could only display a limited amount of data ? That sounds unreasonable.

It'll be very nice if some clues or advices can be shared.
