TM1 10.2.2 via AppV published on Citrix

Hi all, for the beginning I don't know much about TM1, but I have project to do the following:
Create 2 appv packages, both with:
-Excel 2010 32bit
-hotfix kb2598139 for Excel
-Cognos 10.2.2: Architect and Perspectives
-Patch FP4 for cognos

difference between packs is: Excel is English on one and French on another, language defined in tm1p.ini

Desired state is to be able to run English or French version on the same server, via XenApp 7

Since there is no problem with Architect, Perspectives is a real pain in the a**

What I managed to do so far:
-created English package that works on xenapp server via AppV (directly on the server) - when the application is published on Xenapp it doesnt work (cannot start tm1p)

also, when i create FR package English package is French now as well

Any suggestions, as I'm out of idea
