I was playing with CAFE the other day and noticed this:
Say you have a list of Elements that you want in your report but are not in the order that you want them displayed in, you can select these Elements individually & then use the "Keep" (Right Click>Cognos Analysis>Keep) to rearrange them to the order that you want.
So for example if I had:
Elem1 => Selected 3rd
Elem2 => Selected 1st
Elem3 => Selected 4th
Elem4 => Selected 2nd
After "Keep" it is listed in the order:
Elem2
Elem4
Elem1
Elem3
