Hi, I have tried to use search function before I post my question here but it results in a connection error message.
I notice for some of my clients, even though they are given the rights to shortcuts created in Applications, when they click to activate it they will be re-directed to the parent folder, meaning the highlighted item will change from what they select to the top of the folder.
I realize this process not only for cube shortcut, cube view shortcut but even process shortcut (those user can open cubes, see the public view and run the process, they only have error when it's a shortcut in Applications).
We are all running 10.2 client, is Perspectives itself the problem?
