Good Morning!

I too got same issues but I resolved by following the below steps:

Please check below steps to avoid the Error:

Check
1) either usergroup has read privileges to the cube where view is created.
2) all the dimension permissions and kind of Privileges are assigned.
3) element level security as well.
4) Check if any subsets are deleted

If possible try to re create the view and publish it.

Hope it may help you.

Thanks

Hello,

I have the same issue. This is the scenario, we have two particular users that having an issue when accessing TM Web > Default Cube. They got an error message "View is corrupted or user doesn’t have read permissions." Which happened if the user does not have access to the dimensions/elements included in the view/cube. I checked their security profile and has accessibility, I also set up a view fitted for their profile and they managed to view it. It's quite strange that everything works find in TM1 Perspective but not in TM1 Web. Thanks in advance for any help.
