Hi Guys
I am coming across very unique issue in CX 10.2.1 with FP1. When a user (admin) tries to create sandbox B by copying from Sandbox A, Sandbox B reverts to the base data rather than holding value of Sandbox A. It's happening only with that user.
Anyone came across such a situation?

It was a installation issue. Re-installed the application and problem solved.
