The Performance Modeler Error

Post by Aruis.yu »

Hi All:

When I succeed in installing the Server and Client, then I want to use the client web to visit the server IP through the browser.

Then I input the http:IP:9510/pmpsvc/ and open the performance modeler, it faced the error "can't connect to Planning Service". But when I log on server and open the same URL the performance modeler can be open. So have faced the error? I had searched the error forum, but it seems can't solve my problem. So can anyone help me ? Thanks a lot

I'm not sure if it's the same issue, but I had heaps of issues installing 10.2.0.0 64-bit on Windows 7:
  • I couldn't run Configuration Manager until I replaced the file JCAM_Crypto.dll in the bin folder with the similarly named one from the bin64 folder
  • Sometimes the tm1_64\webapps\tm1web folder would be empty, so I couldn't run contributor.jsp.
  • I couldn't run Performance Modeller from the desktop/start menu shortcut, but if I ran it from the web portal, it would work.
If you can get it to all run a particular way, I say count your blessings! :)
