Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

So the 28 does not match with the 25. Can you relate to that, especially in the situation of a VIEW as the data source type ? Or do you have VIEW-based processes where you see something similar ? By the way, in heading 577 we have: V1 V2 V3 V4 V5 V6 V7 V8 V9 V10 V11 V12 V13 V14 V15 V16 V17 V18 V19 ...

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

Should it not be changed by IBM, then I can see a number of consequences: - editing a PRO file directly in a text editor and rebooting TM1 becomes a very risky undertaking - when upgrading to those newer versions and using Architect, one should be absolutely sure that all processes are correct with...

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

A defect was logged with IBM for this one, as well as for another more important problem in Architect 2.0.9.9. I have an existing TI process that opens fine in PAL 2.0.8. There is code like this: ExecuteProcess( 'TECH_restrict cube selections' ); , 'pCube', 'CUBE NAME' , 'pView', 'VIEW NAME' ); I k...

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

You start TM1 Perspectives from the Windows Start menu. Excel opens fine with some other addins (of mine, and Jedox, a.o.). No workbook is active/opened. You use TM1 > Explorer to log on in Perspectives. You open a view on a random cube and ask for an Active form to Excel. Nothing out of the ordina...

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

To IBM: is it so freaking difficult to ask whether "ActiveWorkbook Is Nothing" ? Yes or No ? True or False ? "But it doesn't comply with our strat-teh-gee. Our strat-teh-gee is not to provide any functionality or fix any bugs that users who have already forked over their money (regul...

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0.9.9

Currently it somewhat becomes hard to keep track of the new versions. Maybe not that hard given what is pinned to the very top of this forum. I was aware of the release, but I don't always have time to write it up on the very day of release. Besides, anyone enthusiastic enough to throw themselves i...

Re: Fix Pack Releases: PA2 / V11 Series

Version 2.0.9.9 is now out. PAL 2.0.9.9 (14 Jul 2021) Release Page . Key Fixes The fix list doesn't contain a huge list, but has quite a few things that could catch people out: Can't reject a contributor node which has an apostrophe; Slow login in Perspectives architect in 2.0.9.7, which will be rat...

Re: Belgium - Italy

I'm still not crazy about results which are based on penalties.

But I'll happily take it.

Commiserations, Inghilterra. (Except for the sort of "fans" described in this article. They can choke on it.)

Now, about the World Cup...

Re: Belgium - Italy

I prefer that matches not go to penalty shoot-outs, but a win is a win. That's 33 matches since our last loss.

Re: Belgium - Italy

Oh, wait, they had other disgusting tactics. Anyone noticed the miserable action by Immobile ? Making a schwalbe, pretending he’s injured, at the same time a team mate scores 1-0, and guess what ? Immobile stands up goes to the celebration with his team. What a joke is that guy. I certainly won't b...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Well played by Italy, highest chances of becoming champions. The last 20 minutes were a disgrace though. So much commedia dell’arte… and this team does not need that. We were close a couple of times but interesting game and tough opponents. Wim, I place it squarely at the feet of the ref. He only a...

Re: Belgium - Italy

You should have a good shot against Ukraine. The match is probably yours to lose. Don't screw up and you should make it through. While I was pretty comfortable with this prognostication, I certainly didn't see that outcome. È un lavoro ben fatto, i tre lioni! La Danimarca is likely to prove more of...

Re: Belgium - Italy

I've been waiting for money to make the game go boom for a while. Keep in mind that the premier league has most out there. Yet the leagues seem to keep on going and doing well. The appetite for the premier league over here grows every year. It's watched by a lot of people now. It has the advantage ...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Italy in the group games played with freedom and looked very good. Against Austria they reverted to type, trying not too lose. Unfortunately il calcio italiano has had a bias toward the defensive for some time now, as you're doubtless aware. And meanwhile, my home team has just recruited... José Mo...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Indeed we do. To be fair I don't think we were that good, but neither were Germany and they fluffed their chances, we didn't. You should have a good shot against Ukraine. The match is probably yours to lose. Don't screw up and you should make it through. Despite my confidence, intellectually I know...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Franz: "It's a game where 22 men run around for an hour kicking a white ball and then Germany wins." We are really hoping to buck that trend tonight! Roll on Italy or Belgium in the final! I think that depends on which Germany turns up. If the one that played Portugal arrives at Wembley w...

Re: Belgium - Italy

My favorite old joke about what we call soccer was: Joe: "What is 'soccer'?" Franz: "It's a game where 22 men run around for an hour kicking a white ball and then Germany wins." I think the clue is in the name Franz. I don't know what the obsession you guys have with Germania is...
