Re: Welcome along

one concern I have is that I DIDN'T POST THAT! You're right, that was me, as in "he-who-does-not-run-but-misbehaves"! And I could have sworn that it SHOWED me immediately after I posted it. It's definitely been "reassigned" to you now, though, since I don't have the [Edit] butto...

Re: Wiki is up and running

Yes, you do have to create a new login as it's a separate third party tool. I just went to the http://www.olapforums.com page for the first time. (Previously I'd been coming via the link that had been posted in the old Forum.) I noticed that you have that on there, which is a good idea. Oh, I also ...

Re: Wiki is up and running

Is it a shared logon with this site or do you need to create a new logon? Jim. You need to create a new one, I believe. My one for this Forum didn't work, and it allowed me to create a new one with the same user name. Note that even logged in, there doesn't seem to be any way of adding a new topic ...

Re: TM1 Midmarket vs Enterprise

This Forum's only new and most of the users will already have package licences so you may not get much in the way of answers just yet. There's an older Forum controlled by Iboglix (you'd need to have an account created by Iboglix, you can't just join it the way you can here); some of the users over...

Re: TM1 Midmarket vs Enterprise

Hi Alan and thanks for the prompt reply. The names are coming from Cognos. Our Cognos rep is trying to sell us TM1 Enterprise, however from what I can understand, TM1 Mid Market is basically the same but has restrictions on the maximum amount of users you can licence. Other than that, both products...

Re: TM1 Midmarket vs Enterprise

Hi, Could someone give me the main differences between TM1 Midmarket and TM1 Enterprise. I.e max users (I am told 50, plus 5 standard), 64 bit or 32 bit, qualify for Development server, etc. Thanks. First, welcome to the new Forum! I'm not sure where you're getting those names from, though, unless ...

Re: Welcome along

This could just be a configuration setting, but it seems that when a new post is made (and you've subscribed) you get a very wordy e-mail TELLING you that a new post is made... but not the content of the actual post itself. I'm going to be interested to see how this one handles John's auld issue of ...
