The configuration should be in fpmsvc_config.xml file in the \webapps\pmpsvc\WEB-INF\configuration\ folder, or at least in 10.2.x.

Re: Is there a free way to move data from cube to Tableau?
In the most simplistic way, yes. Export cube view and import into Tableau. But things get slightly complicated if you need hierarchy structure. Most likely you will need to build TI that will export the hierarchy structure together with the data. Moreover this will be unique to a specific cube/cubes...

Re: Planning Analytics Workspace - Native support now available for Windows 2016
Great. Keep us posted.
By the way, monitor the memory as I am testing it under a 16GB machine and for some reason I keep running out of memory though I am using the standard tiny sample SData instance under PA 2.0.1.

Re: Planning Analytics Workspace - Native support now available for Windows 2016
I was testing this since last week and not really getting positive result as Native Docker for Windows will use Windows Container and that resulted in massive Windows components being pull down and the MongoDB component in my case keep crashing and I can't get all the required services running due t...

Re: Control Cube for Managing Views
I will probably use a cube to store the the view definition and drive through the view creation via TI (or REST API). But again you will have complication such as subsets to be used and the definition you put in as the view definition "cube" will not have any idea the validity of he subset...

Re: Planning Analytics Local 2.0: Multiple Hierarchies
thanks kankc, how do I do that in PAX, the save button in ribbon is greyed out and there is no 'save' in MDX, also where does it save too? Also found this https://community.watsonanalytics.com/discussions/questions/26988/using-the-new-hierarchy-feature-with-tm1-perspecti.html My apology as I should...

Re: Planning Analytics Local 2.0: Multiple Hierarchies
Just a point to note, by design it looks like, you cannot save a view back to TM1 server that uses an alternative hierarchy. Meaning you need to save a workbook in PAX, or save a 'Book' with the 'View' in PAW. Cant see how to manage otherwise, unless anyone else has found a solution? I think for ex...

Re: Server Data folder backup
In our case I separate the Save data and Zip in separate process with a window of 30 mins in between.
Possible that the Save Data actually takes a long time ? Quite common though.

Re: TM1 10.2.2 integration with Cognos Analytics 11.0.5 and SSO
Though we have not done it under Analytics 11.0.x but I think the approach should be the same as BI 10.x. One thing I am puzzled is planning.html should be in webcontent folder if you follow the steps correctly as this is being copied to respective BI folder using the "bi_interop.zip". The...

Yes, done that for 9.5, 9.4, 9.1. Can't find anyone using 8.x to test  Follow the steps in 9.5: http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS9RXT_9.5.0/com.ibm.swg.im.cognos.tm1_op.9.5.1.doc/tm1_op_id14362UsingIndependentCertificates_N1207C4.html#UsingIndependentCertificates_N1207C4 I choose th...

May be you should change provider.
There is no problem with IBM documentation as we have done that before both using OPENSSL (for testing) as well as cert provider.

Tell them you need separate key pairs for signing and encryption. It should be possible as we have done that before through corporate CA.
