Sounds like a security issue with your production domain account user.

had a similar issue on a 2008 enterprise server and the access for a service account. Security access fixed it.

yes there are workarounds but would be great if it was 'inbuilt'.

Only reason we are investigating it is it is now free with 9.5.1. Otherwise we would stick with our flat file extracts. Hopefully it won't be too slow extracting the data we are after. Time will tell.

Reason i am asking is that over time, Tm1 slows down. We are not sure why. We restart our Tm1 instance daily. The server it sits on has not been restarted for around a month so we are looking to see if others have had a similar type of issue with TM1 slowing down over time.
