Server Build for Home

Guys, If you've ever wanted to build a decent server for working on projects at home (I know you could do it on the cloud but where the fun in that?) I've put together a video on how I did it. With a total cost of 800 USD it wasn't very expensive at all for 16 cores and 32 threads and 64GB of RAM wi...

Re: Performance Modeler

Are you on an older version of the software? I was asking as I didn't think anybody still used Performance Modeler?

Have you checked the IBM web site? I think they have links there for youtube videos.

PA & CA on the Same Box

Hey Guys,

Has anybody had any success with installing PA and CA on the same box? We currently have CA running on the web server using IIS. I'm worried about installing PA on the same box due to possible conflicts etc,

Jim.

PS. The server is Server 2016.

Thanks
This isn't really the right place for a question like. I would ask it in the main forum.

Re: Belgium - Italy

I agree about Jorginho. Everybody is complaining about Chiellini pulling back Saka, but he had no choice, he couldn't just let him go. But in all honesty, I think Italy deserved it purely because England didn't play well enough to deserve it. Italy weren't great either btw, in fact I thought it was ...

Re: Belgium - Italy

You should watch the COPA America, they take this play acting to the next level. It is virtually unwatchable, except for the odd moment of genius. One way I would deal with time wasting and players feigning injury (which is endemic), bring in a rule that says if a player requires a trainer to come ...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Well played by Italy, highest chances of becoming champions. The last 20 minutes were a disgrace though. So much commedia dell’arte… and this team does not need that. We were close a couple of times but interesting game and tough opponents. Wim, I place it squarely at the feet of the ref. He only a...

Re: Belgium - Italy

I've been waiting for money to make the game go boom for a while. Keep in mind that the premier league has most out there. Yet the leagues seem to keep on going and doing well. The appetite for the premier league over here grows every year. It's watched by a lot of people now. It has the advantage o...

Re: Belgium - Italy

Italy in the group games played with freedom and looked very good. Against Austria they reverted to type, trying not too lose. If they do that again I think they will go out. The game has moved on a lot over the past few years, high press etc has made sitting back and defending more difficult. It's ...

Indeed we do. To be fair I don't think we were that good, but neither were Germany and they fluffed their chances, we didn't.

Re: Belgium - Italy

Franz: "It's a game where 22 men run around for an hour kicking a white ball and then Germany wins." We are really hoping to buck that trend tonight! Roll on Italy or Belgium in the final! I think that depends on which Germany turns up. If the one that played Portugal arrives at Wembley w...

Re: Numeric to string

Agreed. TM1 stores numbers differently than in a DB (especially the number of decimal places etc) so doing the change on the query side is by far the safest option.

Re: ODBC Read Error

We often turning on or off the Unicode option will get stubborn TI SQL working, though I don't think the preview would work either, worth a double check though. Thanks Steve. I gave it go, but no dice. I'm pretty sure this is something that's being blocked by Azure. The Azure support team are looki...
