My Version of TM1 is fully updated to patch 6 and the interim, SSL is fine and my Server shows perfectly in architect.

have you tried creating a Chore Manager TI that runs every hour/20 minutes and runs your TI's in the order you specify rather than quitting chores etc?

When the report shows in bi it uses the the login options of the user within tm1.
You need to turn off the web options in client settings within tm1
