Re: Performance Implications of Dimension Reordering in Turbo Integrator Processes
"We have a Turbo Integrator that makes a copy within the same cube. In the source cube, we selected a consolidated level, and in the target cube, we load at a fine level." Now, what is it, same cube or different cube ? Not that it makes a lot of difference, but still. If I were you, I woul...

Re: Planning Analytics workspace is down
Hello,
I do have a suggestion. Why don't you use a recent version of the software (and related OS) ?
You are now on software that is almist 4 years old. In PAW and PA-land this is quite a big gap.
2.0.9.2 is from July 2020.

Version 11.8.00800.5 ?
That is 2.0.9.9 from July 2021 and 3 years old.
Plenty of changes and fixes in the meantime. I would try upgrading first.
I also had issues with RunProcess and only in 2.0.9.19 it seemed solved.

That's not the full picture. You need the version of PA, not (necessarily) the version of PAW.
2.0.9 something probably

Difficult to say with this information but I know that efforts were made regarding RunProcesses in the latest versions.
What version are you using for the PA server ?

Re: ODBCOutput Delete table error with MS SQL2019
Hello, I did not mean a production environment, but a testing environment would have been good too. Nice to see that there is a solution. Just note that ExecuteCommand will not be available anymore in the next major version of PA (that being said, changes to ODBC could come too but that's a differen...

Re: Conditional Pick Lists
Hi Wim, Thank you for this. It really helped me to understand more about using picklist control cubes. I've wrote this rule for one of my picklists: ['Tableau Sub-Function Level 1']=S:IF(DB('74 MDM Tableau - Entity and Cost Centre W Locations',!070 MDM - Tableau Reporting Log List,'Tableau Function...

Re: Adding two if loops to a statement
Hello, Can I ask you why you don’t finish your words and dimension names? It seems weird to have dimension names like that. I have never seen such strange dimension names. You mentioned that you have double loops, but I don’t see any code for that. I would also like to question your cube design. Ins...

Re: Moving data from cube with different dimension
Yes, but I need help with the TI code As is the case for many TI processes, the Prolog tab code contains a zero out of the target cells. Also, the Prolog tab contains the code for creating a view collecting the input cells - those that need to be allocated. After that, the Data tab contains code to...

Re: PAW mdx subset
It’s not very clear to me but hopefully I get it right. The cube on which you have a view, doesn’t it have dimensions year / version / department ? Why would you be creating concatenations of these in another dimension ? I expect to see these 3 dimensions and the }Clients dimension and possibly a fe...

Re: Dimension Subset TI Data Source Alias
Yes. You would retrieve the values in the Metadata and/or Data tab of the process. Or use the element attributes cube as the data source.
