All We recently upgraded to TM1 9.5 and installed TM1 Web as well. When we try to slice out from web to Excel we get the following error message Internal error occured while creating MS Excel Workbook : Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLISD {00024500-0000-0000-C000-0000000000046}...

We have decided to go with 9.5.

We have been receiving a similar message, however in our models, hardly any rules are used.Our server however is a beast...64 bit with 128gb of ram, so seeing this error came as a bit of a surprise.
