What would you do: creating year, month, day dimension separately in the cube or create them in one dimension
Hi All, I use year, month, day as an example but in real case, it is for a business structure where the "Month" equivalent level has 20-30 possibilities and for the "day" equivalent level, the number of members is increased when a new item is added by the user. Our external devel...

Re: loading fields from csv without knowing the type of value
Thanks guys for all your advices.
I guess we will have to get the notes dB to send a separate metadata file along with the data file.

TM1 Loggers on what websheet has been opened by who and when
Hi All,
Can you tell me whether there is a TM1 logger that logs the info of what websheet has been opened by who and when?
We don't have pulse but wondering how does pulse tracks that?
Thank you so much

Re: JAVA Extension
Thanks EvgenT,
The problem is we are not going to move to PA anytime soon and we need to deliver something within a few months that requires the statistical ad finacial functions.
Also we are not familar with Python but used Java before so thought we will give it a try.

Re: Active Form Performance in Excel and tm1 web
Further to my previous post, I think I should fine-tune my question. I want to understand how data is transferred between the following: TM1 server and TM1 web; TM1 server and TM1 client (perspective); Particularly with TM1 client, say when user requested to view an active form with filtering, what ...

Active Form Performance in Excel and tm1 web
Hi, I was just wondering why the same active form runs a lot longer in excel than in web? With the filter i put in, the active form returns 2000+lines, but excel takes about 30-40 seconds while in web it is so swift scrolling down to the bottom of the form. I check my memory and cpu usage, it is far...
