Re: TM1WEB page not responding
log4j.properties this file does exist, but nothing happens.
I tried changing the configuration levels from DEBUG to ERROR (tried various combinations using the link you provided last week itself).
Again, no change. That "logs" folder does not appear.

Re: TM1WEB page not responding
I enabled tm1web logging, saved and closed the file. Then restarted both admin and applications servers using cognos configuration.
Tried logging into tm1web url. But I don't see the logs folder or log file.

Re: How to configure TM1WEB to access from other network
This is my test project. I don't use SSL or TLS. I'm trying to access the VM using http
Also I don't see this directory named conf, so possibly no server.xml in tomcat folder.
\tm1_64\tomcat\conf\server.xml

Re: How to configure TM1WEB to access from other network
I tried with the IP address I use to login to the VM. You know the address that appears on the top blue floating bar once you login to the VM. http://IPaddress:9510/tm1web/ And yeah what address I should be using for people outside the azure network can use? I even tried switching off the VM's firew...

How to configure TM1WEB to access from other network
I have bought an azure VM with 16GB RAM. Now I have installed PA architect and TM1WEB in it. I have not (not planning to) install Cognos Analytics or use Active Directory for now. Now in my VM I'm able to access TM1WEB using local host. But when I try to use TM1WEB (https://machinename:9510/tm1web/)...

PAx - Failed to insert members error
Hi All, I created an Exploration view and dragged a dimension into the Context area. Then I used the 'edit set' option for that dimension and searched a leaf element. The element was visible selection. I clicked the element and used '->' option to bring it to the 'Members (Selection)' side. But got ...

Re: How to import a CSV file to a cube with two extra dimensions
Please explain the logic to put the same value on every cell on a quadrant, being the multiplication of x * y cells. Not: x + y cells but x * y cells. x leaf level elements from the 5th dimension, y leaf level elements from the 6th dimension. What is the reasoning ? You could also load the value in...

How to import a CSV file to a cube with two extra dimensions
Hi All, I'm trying to import a csv file into a cube with 6 dimensions, whereas the source CSV file only has data for 4 dimensions. The business logic is load the data to all the members in the remaining two dimensions. For this I'm using a clustered while loop, the first while loop to go over the le...

Automating TM1 instance monitoring v10.2.2
Hi All, One of my job is to check whether all the instances (12) are up and running on every Monday morning. I would normally open Architect or Perspectives and count the number of instances visible. If the count equals 12, let the users know that the instances are up and running via mail. I'm plann...

Re: Is it possible to pass parameters to a powershell (.ps1) file?
I would like to get the server and instance from control cube and pass them as a parameter to the power shell script. This script will move the log files from that server\instance\logfiles folder to a share point. the PS script I use is Get-ChildItem "\\$Instance\tm1servers$\HQ_PS_Performance\L...
