Hi, i have the same problem too and i think the screenshot is not match to describe the error here is the correct one. http://i66.tinypic.com/21m8ena.png btw i have check the package connector config, the gateway URI and dispatcher URI are exaclty same as the cognos BI config. and it can save succes...
