Hi,
Here is what I found in the Help section of PAX
CORREDIST_name=IBM Planning Analytics for Excel
COI_version=COI-AW32-ML-RTM-11.0.32.6-0
IBM has indicated they need to increase the memory on the web server but still waiting for an answer regarding the root cause.
Thanks again

Re: PAx not fully recalculating
Hi All We worked with IBM and while not able to specifically identify the root cause, they rebooted the web server and that seems to have corrected everything for now. We have requested more details about the root cause but I wanted to post this follow up and say thanks again to all who jumped in to...

Re: PAx not fully recalculating
Unfortunately same result as hitting F9.
Another wrinkle. We have three environments in the IBM Cloud. Connecting to Test the file works perfect. Dev and Prd are the ones producing the errors.
Thanks again for all suggestions

Re: PAx not fully recalculating
Looks like my excitement was premature. Last night I made the suggested change and it worked perfect. Get into the office this morning and when hard wired to the network and hit F9 then every cell goes #VALUE!. Restarted my box and connected via wireless and hitting F9 only made some cells return va...

PAx not fully recalculating
Hi Guys I've just started with a new customer using PAx and i am seeing some unfamiliar behavior. A user slices a report and shares it with another user. The other user connects to TM1, opens the sliced report and only a portion of the cells recalculate with the others showing #Value!. Here is where...

Re: How to Eliminate specific elements of a dimension
Good morning, With the need to keep it simple due to my limited coding abilities, here is what I have done so far. In the subset editor I grabbed all of the parent levels I need to maintain and hit the Keep button. Then I expanded all elements of those I kept. Saved a public subset KEEP. Opened the ...

Re: How to Eliminate specific elements of a dimension
Thanks so much for responding. What I did was create the three subsets I want to keep (Parent levels). My thought is that I can basically say something to the effect of Delete everything from the dimension with the exception of all parents and children associated with Subset1, Subset2 and Subset3. I...

How to Eliminate specific elements of a dimension
Hi I am pretty new to TI so I apologize in advance for what is probably a simple task I have a dimension with over 10 levels and literally dozens of alternate hierarchies. What I need to accomplish is eliminate everything that is not a part of three specific subsets. I have every things i need in Su...
