IBM Cloud backup to local drive

Hi TM1 Gurus, I am looking for an automated way to backup my DB folder in the IBM cloud down to a local drive in my organisation. I'm struggling to think of a suitable method, if I was On Premise it would be a simple case of writing a CMD script and running ExecuteCommand… any recommendations on how...

Re: PAW TI Editor

Thanks Declan great response I also have seen users come to TM1 cold and go straight to the PAW editor, interestingly one comment I heard from someone who'd used Architect a bit before was they wished it had the DB function builder to default the !dims. I'd agree with this but it's not a massive iss...

PAW TI Editor

Hi I'm curious, is anyone actually using PAW as their main TI editor? I like some of the colour coding, shortcut keys and validation in the main Script section but generally I find it frustrating to work with, switching between processes is annoying and inevitably I end up reverting to Architect for...

Checking for Underfed cells

Hi, Bit of a long shot this, does anyone know of a clever way to analyse a whole cube for Underfeeding? I have used the overfeeding trick involving the cloned cube and that works really well, but I understand Underfeeding will be much harder, as the cells in question wouldn't be readable for compari...

TM1 Certifications

General question on TM1 certification exams, for anyone who has done them. I completed the TM1 Developer certification about 2years ago, it was a paid for exam but I see now this certification is going to expire at the end of March 2019. There does not appear to be a direct replacement for this cert...

PAX has blank task pane

Hi all, I'm using a local install of Planning Analytics and having an issue with PAX. For some reason my task pane in Excel is entirely blank after I have connected to a TM1 server. VirtualBox is running the VM OK and in PAW Administration my URIs validate, all services are running. All TM1 services...

Pulse in Cloud

Hi, Has anyone used Cubewise Pulse as an IBM cloud customer? I had it previously at an organisation with a local install, I want to push for it here but we are an IBM cloud setup. I can't find any info on whether some/all of the features work or if it can even be installed in the IBM cloud? Apologie...
