Re: Automated TM1 Regression Testing Framework like nUnit?

hi all

I'd be very interested if there's a way to automate testing in TM1. We have a large model including around 500 excel/perspectives reports using VBA and 500 processes. If we could get at least some of that automated it would make upgrades and improvements easier and less risky!

Thanks

Re: Upgrading from 10.2.2 to PA

Hi Daniel Thanks for your reply. The business is very risk adverse, so I'm expecting we'll upgrade Architect and Perspectives (old fashioned upgrade) but will mostly ignore the new features until they have been thoroughly tested. I'm just hoping to get an idea of what issues I can expect during the ...

Hi all

The company I'm currently working for is looking to upgrade their 10.2.2 to PA.
Has anyone experienced any issues from upgrading?

Thanks

TM1 Workflow - Using multiple Approval Hierarchies

Good Morning everyone, I'm looking for some help please. I'm using Planning Analytics 2.0.2 on windows and I'm trying to create a workflow application which has multiple dimension subsets as the approval hierarchy. What I'm aiming to do is have Departments and Version as a combined approval hierarch...

Re: Planning Analytics Perspectives Issue

Anyone got any updates on this issue? I don't think it is a 32-bit vs 64-bit issue, as Perspectives was working until after I installed PAX. Once PAX installed, even disabling the new add-ins didn't fix the issue. Does anyone know a method of forcing Excel to open without third party add-ins (other...

TM1 Perspectives 10.3

Hi Everyone, I've recently installed Planning Analytics Express 2.0.2 on a client server, they are using Perspectives rather than PAX but I keep running into issues with it. PAX and PAW are not installed on the server. When creating active reports in Excel using Perspectives on the server, occasiona...

Planning Analytics - PAX DBS function

Hi All Has anyone tried the DBS function on Planning Analytics for Excel yet? I first had a problem with the DBS and DBSW functions automatically changing to a DBRW when using a custom report. You couldn't copy the function or click and drag because once you entered the formula and clicked off the c...

Re: PAW - Unable to fetch data for content tree

Hi All

I'm having the same problem as well!
It is a single server and it was working before Christmas!! I've tried about 7 different HTTP ports and I don't know what I need to do to get it working again.

The admin tool is happy that all the urls are valid.

Thanks

Re: Planning Analytics 2.0 Local Workspace boot issues

Dr Nybble, you are a genius! Thank you! That got the admin tool working, unfortunately it's now asking me to accept a licence but there's no licence there. It's just a blank box so the "Accept" button is greyed out. Any ideas how to resolve that issue please? What browser are you using? F...
