I think the answer is already in the thread above: I suggest you look at which PAX (or Perspectives) addins you have enabled in Excel File\Options\Addins. I recall having issues in earlier releases where Perspectives was already installed and installing (then) CAFE did not install or enable the CAFE...

Hi We moved to PA a couple of months ago and the TM1 bit of it works ok, once you've got past quite a few set up bugs. Our main issues have been with users who were used to perspectives and now have to use a combination of CAFE (which is slightly unstable, full of bugs, not compatible with Excel 201...
