Check your pmhub settings Can PMhub see your servers? (pmhub/pm/tm1/servers) Download and install Fiddler to check the comms between CAFE and the PMHub thank you dsproffitt for the prompt reply, pmhub/pm/tm1/servers gave me nothing, which is in contrary to the testing environment. So the problem is...

I got the same just when TM1 was passed to FP6 and SSL was updated, it drove me crazy  There was not such a problem in the testing environment  To make things worse, IBM seemed to remove an interesting support page on the t...

Re: [10.2.2] 64 bit & 32 bit
Hello, For our system designers, we installed not only 32 bit Perspectives to align with the Excel 2010, but also 32 bit Architect and Performance Modeler, regardless of the 64 bit win7. Does anyone has a similar experience ? So far we haven't got any compatibility issue, although it seems that the...

hi viswaraju, I had the same error. The data and log files, as well as the Tm1s.cfg are on a different server than the Tm1 Admin and Application Server. I can start my application via a tm1s.exe shortcut, using a mapped drive, without any problem. But when I tried to created one in Cognos IBM TM1 Co...

Re: [10.2] Sparse consolidation
The consolidation results can be incorrect because only non-empty cells will be taken into account, where 'non-empty' means 'containing a real value'. Hi qml “Empty cells” can contain “fictive values” which should be consolidated ? How can it be ? Could you kindly give a concret example ? Thanks ag...

[10.2] Sparse consolidation
Hi, Sparcity from IBM Knowledage Center When consolidating data in cubes that have rules defined, TM1 turns off this sparse consolidation algorithm because one or more empty cells may be calculated by a rule. Skipping rules-calculated cells will cause consolidated totals to be incorrect. If the skip...

What are you trying to do? We were trying to commit. Using a Xtab/flexview? flexview What other errors are in the dialog box. Nothing else Does committing data to the server work in any other client? Re: [10.2] 64 bit or 32 bit Perspectives ?
According to the technote, if you have installed a 64 bit TM1 package, you do not need to install again another 32 bit Perspectives for your 32 bit Excel, because it is part of the 64 bit package and in the folder C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\bin. I didn't see anything of the sort in that tec...

[10.2] Cell change without log ?
Hi, I was searching for transaction logs for a given cell, but I found nothing. I'm sure and certain that the cell was changed between Mar. 22nd and Apr. 1st, thanks to our system daily archive. I tend to conclude that the log was removed on purpose. But I'm also wondering if it is possible to chang...
