Re: Piclists in Perspectives

On the sheet where the dropdown is not working, can you try hard coding the Server:CubeName portion of the DBRW? Depending on what's in R12 I have seen issues where the original view for the Active Form is not inclusive of the whats in the DBRW that you may have added manually. Im not sure if thats...

It's a static Subset and a Picklist-Control-Cube

The copy of the working file works and the copy of the not working file doesn't

Re: Piclists in Perspectives

Thanks. You tested this with an Admin user in both sheets ? Yes. Is there some sort of protection in worksheet or workbook? No Can you reproduce it in a different workbook / new cube slice brought to Excel ? With a new slice the behaviour is the same in both Excel-files. One is with Dropdown, the o...

Re: Piclists in Perspectives

Hello, yes, it's exactly the same cell. Here is the cell with the Dropdown: Zelle_mit.JPG and here is the cell without: Zelle_ohne.JPG Luckily the cube has only 4 Dimensions so it is all shown in the window for function-arguments. Also the Sheets looks very similiar but in fact they are different Sh...

Piclists in Perspectives

Hello, we're running TM1 10.2.2 with FP7. I created some Picklists via a Picklist-Control-Cube and set the values for the Picklist with a rule. This works okay. Than I have an Excel-Sheet with Perspectives where the Cell is displayed in an active Form with a DBRW and the Picklist is offered via a Dr...

Re: Aggregations in Rows and Columns do not work

This looks for me like an issue with Feeders. The cells are probably not feeded!?

Re: Order of Cube-Processing

Okay, got it. Thx. But, to stay with my example. I tested that A is processed before C. So can I say that all C's are processed before another A is selected or is this mixed?

Re: Order of Cube-Processing

I experience a massive, no, a MASSIVE, performance-issue by using a while-loop against a View. So I need to do it via view.

Re: Order of Cube-Processing

Thx for the answer. If TM1 uses the Index-Numbers for the elements it would meet my needs.

at least I need the process to process all C before it changes the A.

Order of Cube-Processing

Hello, i have a cube with 4 Dimensions: Dim1 Dim2 Dim3 Dim4 Now I have a TI wich has to step thru some Elements of Dim1, 1 of Dim2, all of Dim3 and 1 of Dim4. So assuming we have to step thru: Dim1: A1 A2 A3 Dim2: B1 Dim3: C1 C2 C3 C4 Dim4: D1 I created the Subsets on the fly and create the correct ...

Re: Active Form with Perspectives

Hi, thx for the hint it doesn't work.

I have the row-format in Col A, Nothing in Col B the 2 TM1RPTROW in C and D and the value for Zero-Supression in E. But if I use it in Excel I don't get a line but should get around 10. If I disable Zero-Supression it works.

Active Form with Perspectives

Hi, I have an active form with 2 Columns created by TM1RPTROW. And (currently) one column responsible for the Zero-Suppression. Than I have a bunch of columns provided by VIEW or DBRA. This works all fine if I disable Zero-Suppression. If I enable it no row is displayed at all. Only the normal empty...

Re: Active Form crashes Excel

A little correction: I cannot test it in 10.2.2 because it was realized a complete other way. But I want to confirm that it works in PA 2.0.4 in TM1Web and not in Perspectives. I use now another small cube with the same Dimension to open the AF so I don't need the Attributes for the AF, only to read...

Re: Active Form crashes Excel

Thx for the answer. Interesting idea. It is not a circular dependency as usual but probably one for "display reason" or "AF opening". But as far as I remember it worked in 10.2.2. I'll see if I can test it.

Yes, it works in TM1Web with the formulas!

Wrong.

If you do it syntactically correct and the user has the permission it is correct.

Again: look at the logfile.

Re: SQL Statement Failed

Hi Willi, I can't get any log because the process is not running. I put the query on the process and press preview to see if it works, but i've checked now and there is no log file of doing that. Do you know where can I find a tutorial that shows me what I can't use on query on TM1? Thanks! Did you...
