Hi All, I have encountered a strange issue where - After manually updating the TM1 chores 1 hour backward, the GMT seems to show incorrect time. TM1%20image.png In the attachment, the 'Local Time shown' is in EST hours. But the GMT shows 6 hours backward. Not sure how and why ! We have been manually...

There are around 8 different TM1 applications deployed in the contributor, but only one of them gives thi...

Time of creation of an element
Is there any way to know on which date and time an element was added to a dimension? I am assuming we can get to know using Transaction log.. but is there any way to filter out a particular dimension? I can approximately set the range of date to a week or 10 days as thats what I'm assuming.. Any oth...

Re: tm1 10.2.2 - taking ownership disabled
thanks for the prompt replies guys. but I'm pretty sure that the particular user who is trying to take the ownership is NOT the admin. But he has all the required access to that particular node!! So, my question is user1 HAS TO RELEASE THE OWNERSHIP for user 2 to take it.. (BOTH are not the admins, ...

tm1 10.2.2 - taking ownership disabled
Hi guys, A very simple question. If any user takes ownership of a node and it shows 'reserved by that user' for that particular node, will any other user be able to take ownership? I guess not. AFAIK, the first person needs to release the ownership to enable any other person to take the ownership. A...

Re: BI Prompts to TM1 data?
Thanks Declan for the reply. But I feel it is really tedious to calculate all possible combinations at TM1. I have got 5 years of data- Months, Quarters, Years and there are 3 different prompts (A,B,C) which would be selected in BI. (A - 146 elements, B- 300~, C- 950~) All possible combinations of t...

BI Prompts to TM1 data?
Hi, I have a TM1 cube from which the data is populated to a BI report. There are few prompts which are to be run in the BI report to get the respective data. For example Year, Month, Quarter, Region etc.. The data in TM1 cube is populated from TI Processes (without any parameters/prompts). My questi...

Re: Need help for feeding rolling prior periods
Well. Thanks for all the replies.. Just wanted to post my result which was so far looking 'successful' The following is the feeder which i have written, with a little bit of change in my earlier feeder posted: ['Revenue_meas1'] => DB('TestCube1', !Version,IF (ELLEV('Time Period', !Time Period)=0,DNE...

Re: Need help for feeding rolling prior periods
Thanks for the reply Dan. But it is not always constant in my situation For the current year (2014), i would need to calcluate 12 month average For previous periods (2013 and before...), I would require to calculate an average of 13 months (rolling periods) at any particular time period So, it is no...

Re: Need help for feeding rolling prior periods
Thanks for the reply. I have written the following feeder, but still shows incorrect values (only at consolidation) ['Revenue_meas1'] => DB('TestCube1', !Version,if(dimix('Time Period', !Time Period)<=12,DNEXT('Time Period',!Time Period),stet), !Entity, !Region, !Domain, !NCC, !EleGroup, !Account, !...

Re: Not Fed
...Or in cases where models have a separate year and period dimension then better still a lookup string cube to store this. (Actually I wouldn't stop there but would typically have -13 to +13 offsets for year and month). To not have this is simply bad design Would like to get help in writing a feed...
