Any joy in resolving that issue?
Currently having similar issue with 10.1.1.
Strange thing is out of 5 TM1 instances in dev, I am able to connect 2 in TM1 performance Modeler but not other instances.

Thanks for all the replies. We just faced the same issue but eventually got resolved. Depending on the volume of data, it takes time for the application to show up in Architect even though the actual services shows as started. Patience pays

Have you used one database for Content store and planning store?

Is your planning store has been created with Bufferpool 32 and Tablespaces with it?

SOLUTION : I deleted these files csk,encryptkeypair,signkeypair, cogstartup.xml and restarted the server. This helped me resolve the issue.
