Series of steps:
- Check Ram usage as pointed out in above reply.
- I would also check if there are parallel TIs running in TM1Top (no locks).
- What is this TI doing? ensure views are created correctly.

To understand the issue in detail, can you help me to know why [default] got activated for users when we don't have Web in usage.

Thanks Gabor, User do have rights to create their own Sandbox. and hence the rights is GRANT to them. However if you notice the SandBox Name "[Default]" is visible to users in Perspective, which is strange as this sandbox is enabled in web mode for workflow / commit to base purpose. I woul...
