im using version TM1 10.1

Im still having problem. same error still occurs. I made a testing trying to change the Operating system to WINDOWS 2003 and test the excel application and it works.
What do you think is the difference in WIN2K8 and WIN2K3 they both have same setup configuration?

Im working with +8 time zone with both workstation and server...same error appears..

any other suggestion? We still need to know the solution for our problem regarding the opening of excel in tm1 web application.

The default port # for the excel service is 4785. We have no port # restriction so we dont have any block port #. Yes the localhost 192.168.4.232 is been resolved but the error still appear the IUser account has the full control access with the TM1Web and TM1WebEx (administrative account privileged)...

Both are running in administrator account with same administrator rights.
